It came as no surprize that the morning has been very rainy, foggy, drizzly and generally unwelcoming. Although Zia got an Aframe contact training session of about 15 minutes, I don’t trust the wet surface of the frame (it’s non-rubberized) so we did a few running loops wherein her scores were 4 out of 5. » » »
